Carroll Kilgore is a long time member of First Presbyterian Church. She is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major of Finance. She spent ten years working for CIGNA HealthCare in their statistical reporting division. Upon returning to Columbia, she and her husband Joe had a retail business. Carroll came to work at First Presbyterian church in November 2011 as the church transitioned to new accounting software.

Carroll Kilgore oversees daily financial responsibilities, including bill payment, and processes payroll for all employees and contractors. She prepares and maintains financial reports, assists in the preparation and management of the budget, and supports the Stewardship Committee by managing all related reporting.
